What this service does

PDF Poster Split is a free online tool that tiles a single-page poster PDF onto printable A4 pages. You do not need an account.

Your PDF files

Uploaded PDFs are processed on the server only to generate your split output.
Files are stored temporarily on the server (under /tmp) and are not used for marketing or profiling.
After you download the result, the job is deleted. Jobs may also expire automatically after about one hour.
Do not upload confidential documents unless you accept this temporary processing.

Strictly necessary storage

The tool may use short-lived technical data (for example CSRF protection and a signed job link in the URL) so the split workflow works. This is required to run the service.

Analytics cookies (optional)

If enabled by the site operator, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site and whether uploads and downloads succeed. Analytics runs only after you click “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner.

If you reject analytics, no GA4 measurement tags are loaded.
We use Google Consent Mode with analytics denied by default.
We do not enable advertising cookies.
Events we may collect after consent: page views, upload_success, preview_generated, download_success.

How to change your cookie choice

Use Reject or Accept analytics in the banner when it is shown.
To reset your choice in this browser, clear site data / local storage for this website, then reload the page.
If we update this policy, we may ask for consent again by changing the consent version on the server.
